A baroque ball event at Schloss Rastatt/ Germany, 8 May 2004

The baroque ball event took place at Schloss Rastatt, which is very nice chateau near Karlsruhe in Southern Germany. The ball was organized by "Les Galantes", which is a group of students from Freiburg. It was my honour to be the Maître de Danse. The event was fully booked. There were about 100 guests coming mostly from Germany, but also Italiy. And there were numerous people from http://groups.yahoo.com/group/lumieres/ . The event started around 6pm. Unfortunately the weather god was not kind and so all the beautifully dressed participants had to care for their costumes for not getting wet by the rain. But being arrived at the chateâu the weather was forgotten rapidly...
